Acceptance
By using FirewoodPickup, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Use of the platform
FirewoodPickup is a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listings. Transactions are between buyers and sellers.
VPN and location
You may browse and search by address while using a VPN or proxy. For actions that require your real location—such as creating or claiming a listing, reporting a listing (e.g. out of stock or location does not exist), or using the "Use location" button—you must not use a VPN or proxy. We need your actual device location to prevent abuse and keep listings accurate. If we detect a VPN or proxy on these actions, we may block the request.
Seller obligations
Sellers must provide accurate listing information, honor stated prices and availability, and comply with local laws.
Removal by property owner
If your property is listed on the platform and you do not want it listed, you may request removal. We verify that you are at the listed location (e.g. by a photo taken at the stand) before removing the listing. Once verified, the listing is removed from the map and search. This process is also described in our Privacy Policy.
