Is there a marketplace for firewood?

Yes. FirewoodPickup (firewoodpickup.com) is a firewood marketplace where you can find roadside stands, driveways, and farm stands for pickup, or browse delivery listings. Search by location—no account needed to browse. Sellers list their stands with photos, prices, and bundle sizes; buyers get directions and can pay at the stand or online when sellers offer it.

How do I find firewood near me?

Search by address or use the "Near me" button on the homepage to see firewood stands on the map. You can also browse by city on our location pages or view all listings. Switch between the Pickup and Delivery tabs. No account needed to browse.

Do I need an account to buy firewood?

No. You can browse listings, visit stands, and add locations without an account. Sign up only if you want to leave reviews or pay online (when sellers offer it).

How do I list my firewood stand?

Click "List your wood" and sign in. Set up your seller profile, add your location, bundle sizes, prices, and photos. New sellers get 1 month free.

How much does it cost to list?

1 month free, then $9.99/month (Pickup only) or $14.99/month (Pickup + Delivery). Annual plans save 20%. Card required to start trial. Sell one bundle (~$10) and you've paid for the platform; one delivery pays for it—no brainer.

Can I accept online payments?

Yes. Sellers can enable Stripe payments. Buyers pay with card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. A small platform fee applies.

How does delivery work?

On the homepage, switch to the Delivery tab to see sellers who deliver. Choose a listing, pick a size (e.g. cord, half-cord), and enter your delivery address. The seller will contact you to arrange delivery. Pay online or at delivery.

Who can create delivery listings?

Only sellers with a seller account can create delivery listings. Buyers can request delivery from those listings by entering their address and chosen size.

Do I need an account to add a location?

No. You can add a firewood stand or roadside spot without signing in. Use your device location, pinpoint the stand on the map, and take a live photo with the in-app camera. Your submission appears as "Community submitted" so others can find it.

Can I add a firewood stand I'm not the owner of?

Yes. Click "Add location" on the homepage (or go to Add a location). No account needed. Use your device location, pinpoint the stand on the map, and take a live photo with the in-app camera. Your submission appears as "Community submitted" so others can get directions. The stand owner can later claim it with a seller account.

Why do I need to add a photo when adding a location?

A photo verifies the stand exists and helps others know what to look for. It must be taken in the app with the camera (no uploads from gallery) so we can verify you're at the stand. This keeps the map accurate and reduces fake listings.

How do I claim a listing I own?

If someone else added your stand, open that listing and click "Claim this listing." Sign in with (or create) a seller account. After claiming, you can edit the listing, add prices, hours, and accept online payments.
